Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and RPI.ICU Corporation. They govern your use of RPI.ICU’s sites, services, mobile apps, products, and content (“Services”). By using RPI.ICU, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree to any of the Terms, you can’t use RPI.ICU.
We can change these Terms at any time. We keep a historical record of all changes to our Terms on GitHub. If a change is material, we’ll let you know before they take effect. Using RPI.ICU on or after that effective date will be regarded as you agree to the new Terms.
Content rights & responsibilities
You own the rights to the content you create and post (“Contents”) on RPI.ICU.
By posting Content on RPI.ICU, you give us a nonexclusive license to publish it or to deal with it in other forms reasonably related to publishing (like storing, displaying, reformatting, and distributing) on RPI.ICU Services. In consideration for RPI.ICU granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that RPI.ICU is entitled to advertise on the Services in the form and alike forms of display of Content or other information. You agree that RPI.ICU is also entitled to use Content to promote RPI.ICU’s products and content. We will never sell Content to third parties without your explicit permission.
You’re responsible for the Content you post. This means you assume all risks related to it, including someone else’s reliance on its accuracy, or claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights.
You’re welcome to post content on RPI.ICU that you’ve published elsewhere, as long as you have the rights to do so. By posting Content on RPI.ICU, you represent that doing so doesn’t conflict with any other agreement you’ve made or in the infringement of others’ rights and interests.
By posting content you didn’t create on RPI.ICU, you are representing that you have the rights to do so. For example, you are posting a work that’s in the public domain, used under license (including a free license, such as Creative Commons), or a fair use.
We can remove any content you post for any reason.
You can delete any of your posts, anytime. Processing the deletion may take a little time, but we’ll do it as quickly as possible.
Our content and services
We reserve all rights in RPI.ICU’s look and feel. You may not copy or adapt any portion of our code or visual design elements (including logos) without express written permission from RPI.ICU unless otherwise permitted by law.
You may not do, or try to do, the following: (1) access or tamper with non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the systems of our technical providers; (2) access or search the Services by any means other than the currently available, published interfaces (e.g., APIs) that we provide; (3) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information; or (4) interfere with, or disrupt, the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of content or accounts in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.
Crawling the Services is allowed if done in accordance with the provisions of our robots.txt file, but scraping the Services is prohibited.
We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the service, at any time, without notice.
Children
RPI.ICU is only for people over 18 years old. By using RPI.ICU, you affirm that you are over 18 or your use of RPI.ICU is permitted by your guardian in written if you are under 18 years old. If we learn anyone under 18 without guardian’s written consent is using RPI.ICU, we’ll terminate his account.
Incorporated rules and policies
By using the Services, you agree to let RPI.ICU collect and use information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. If your server or your location when you use Services is outside mainland China, you consent to letting RPI.ICU transfer, store, and process your information (including your personal information and Content) in and out of mainland China.
By using RPI.ICU, you agree to follow these Rules and Policies. If you don’t, we may remove Content, suspend or delete your account.
Miscellaneous
Disclaimer of warranty. RPI.ICU provides the Services to you as is. You use them at your own risk and discretion. That means they don’t come with any warranty. None expressed, none implied. No implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. RPI.ICU won’t be liable to you for any damages that arise from your using of the Services. This includes if the Services are hacked or unavailable. This includes all types of damages (indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary). And it includes all kinds of legal claims, such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or any other loss.
No waiver. If RPI.ICU doesn’t exercise a particular right under these Terms, that doesn’t waive it.
Severability. If any provision of Terms is found invalid under applicable laws of mainland China, you agree that the Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with both parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and that except the invalid terms, other provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect.
Choice of law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of mainland China, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any suit arising from the Services must take place in a court located in Shanghai.
Entire agreement. These Terms (including any document incorporated by reference into them) are the whole agreement between RPI.ICU and you concerning the Services.

Data policy
This policy describes the information we process to support RPI.ICU and other products and features offered by RPI.ICU.
What kinds of information do we collect?
To provide the RPI.ICU Products, we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Products. You can contact us by our e-mail: store@RPI.ICU.com to learn how to delete your account.
1. Information and content you provide
We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use our Products, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide. It can also include what you see through features we provide. For example, we log when you’re using and have last used our Products, and what posts, videos and other content you view on our Products. We also collect information about how you use features.
3. Information about transactions made on our Products
If you use our Products forpurchases or other financial transactions (such as when you make a purchase), we collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and
other card information; other account and authentication information; and billing, shipping and contact details.
4. Cookie data
data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings.
How do we use this information?
We use the information we have (subject to choices you make) as described below and to provide and support the RPI.ICU Products and related services described in the RPI.ICU Terms.
1. Provide, personalize and improve our Products.
We use the information we have to deliver our Products, including to personalize features and content and make suggestions for you on and off our Products. To create personalized Products that are unique and relevant to you, we use your connections, preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you and others (including any data with special protections you choose to provide); how you use and interact with our Products; and the people, places, or things you’re connected to and interested in on and off our Products.
2. Product research and development
We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Products, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
3. Ads and other sponsored content
We use the information we have about you-including information about your interests, actions and connections-to select and personalize ads, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.
4. Provide measurement, analytics, and other business services
We use the information we have (including your activity off our Products, such as the websites you visit and ads you see) to help advertisers measure the effectiveness and distribution of their ads and services, and understand the types of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, apps, and services.
5. Promote safety, integrity and security
To protect and defend the right and property of RPI.ICU (including enforcing our Terms and Conditions).We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Products, and promote safety and security on and off of RPI.ICU Products.
6. Communicate with you
We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Products, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
7. Information from partners.
We use the information we collect to provide the products and services you request, to tell you about other products and services offered by RPI.ICU, and to manage our sites and services. In general, we do not share your personal information with third-party marketers, unless we have asked for and obtained your explicit consent.We may share your information with our third-party service suppliers, including those who work on behalf of RPI.ICU and our business partners to send you joint communications that we hope you find of interest.
8. When required by law or public authorities.

9. New owner
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Products or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
